We stand by our products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your Lover’s Tempo purchase, e-mail us at customersupport@loverstempo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We would be happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging with the exception of sale items which are all final sale.

Please contact us if you would like a return shipping label so that you can mail your unworn jewelry back.

All of our jewelry is plated. To extend the life of your jewels, avoid moisture, minimize wear and tear and store safely. Read our full care instructions here. Tending to your pieces requires little effort and should fit seamlessly into your everyday routine. A little care goes a long way.

Once you contact us about starting a return, we will send you a return shipping label so that you can mail your unworn jewelry back. The cost of this shipping label will then be deducted from the amount we refund you.
