We offer free shipping on all orders over $75! We would love to be able to offer free shipping on all orders, but as a small business, we can't. We do our best to keep our jewelry affordable while also getting it to you as quickly as we can.

Yes! You can pick your order up from our office on Fraser Street in Vancouver. Choose local pickup at checkout.
Lover's Tempo ships all orders using Canada Post, due to current circumstances, our free shipping over $75 option is standard shipping. Customers in the United States may use our default Canada post shipping options (Tracked Packet USA) or opt for our guaranteed 1-2 day delivery through DHL for $37.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, subject to availability. If you require your order to be rushed please contact customersupport@loverstempo.com with your order number and date you are hoping to receive the order by and we will do everything possible to expedite your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Any packages that are delayed or lost due to inaccuracies in the shipping details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Lover's Tempo.
Expected delivery dates depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please ensure you are selecting an option that suits the needs of your timeline for receiving your jewelry.
Lover's Tempo is not responsible for customs or taxes associated with international shipping. We do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items during transit.
Return + Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We stand by our products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your Lover’s Tempo purchase, access our returns portal here or e-mail us at customersupport@loverstempo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We would be happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging with the exception of sale items which are all final sale. Once you contact us about starting a return, we will send you a return shipping label so that you can mail your unworn jewelry back. The cost of this shipping label will then be deducted from the amount we refund you.

One of our brand promises is that good design doesn't have to cost a fortune. When businesses offer free return shipping labels what they aren't telling you is that the cost of those shipping fees are built into the price of the product. Instead of charging $65 for a pair of earrings and offering free return shipping labels, we charge $48 and deduct return expenses from the refund amount on your order to keep the products we make more accessibly priced.
This method allows our small business to continue to offer reasonably priced styles for all of our customers.
We cannot process returns for items purchased at one of our retail partners. All returns for items purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to the original retailer where the item was purchased. This includes claims of product defects. When our retail partners purchase the products from us, they become the owners of that product. When you purchase the product from a store, you are conducting a transaction with the store where it is purchased. Lover’s Tempo is unable to process returns, refund or exchanges on products purchased through our retailers because we were not a part of the transaction where the item was purchased. We do work closely with all of our valued retail partners to handle product defect claims through our wholesale channels.

Repairs
Our jewelry is all plated. With time, the gold/silver plating on fashion jewelry will wear. Depending on an individual’s skin and usage, this can occur as quickly as 1 week and up to a couple of years. Because there are a lot of factors outside of our control when it comes to the life of the plating on the jewelry, we cannot offer any guarantees for its lifespan and as such, tarnishing jewelry is not an eligible reason for a return. Gold plated jewelry does tarnish quicker than silver plated. If you find you are prone to plating wearing quickly, you may find more longevity from silver plated jewelry. We do not repair broken jewelry. Send an email to customersupport@loverstempo.com explaining your situation to us and we will do our best to help.
