We stand by our products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your Lover’s Tempo purchase, access our returns portal here or e-mail us at customersupport@loverstempo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We would be happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging with the exception of sale items which are all final sale.

Once you contact us about starting a return, we will send you a return shipping label so that you can mail your unworn jewelry back. The cost of this shipping label will then be deducted from the amount we refund you.
